We were extremely grateful for the information packet that was sent to us afterwards which provided us with video links, physical data points, and contact information. I just completed my first week of training and it was amazing… 3 days this week plus I do stuff on my own. Macy pushes me and encourages me, and Dawn is also very encouraging. Good people who want to see you succeed in your goals…. I told Macy yesterday that if I was doing it on my own, I would have given up because it gets hard but I’m excited to see what this body can do. Just attended the softball combine with my daughter that 4 State put on last weekend 2/19/22 at Central Methodist, we made a 5 plus hour driving not having any expectations but to try something new, and they blew us away, very professionally ran combine, some of the best money we have ever spent in our 12 years playing softball. 4 States Sports gets

4 States Sports is really doing a great job of gathering regional players names and contact numbers, who are interested in furthering their volleyball careers in college. This is important information because not all coaches have the luxury of going to scout matches during the week, because of practice times in the evening. So, having this information put in front of me then allows me to go online and check out these regional players to see if they will be a good fit for me. I have had several players from the list Chris sends out who have come to our campus for visits, and I just recently signed a young lady from that same list. I have a good working relationship with Chris, because he has the heart to help these players find a place to play. I can expect a pretty timely response from him when I ask about any of his recruits. This is a great tool for regional recruiting!!

They have done a fine job of promoting my son. My son has several offers from several colleges in several states in several divisions and 4SS helped with that. My son likes the man who runs these events and says he does care about the people who attend his camps, combines and other events. I would recommend 4SS in helping your child to the next level.

Time to announce some big news! It’s about as official as it’s ever going to get so I’d like to let everyone know my plans for the next two years. I’ll be getting my master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and continuing my baseball career at Cabrini University. It’s a beautiful campus just outside Philadelphia, PA. A small college where I can get to know my professors personally much like my alma mater Knox College. I couldn’t be more excited to play under Coach Nick Weisheipl and continue to develop my game in a way I’ve never done before. The program is only 6 years old and is already primed to win their first conference championship. I can’t wait to help them get there. I want to give a big shoutout to 4 States Sports, Chris Garrett, Dawn Burdock Garrett and Rick Hagele for all the help with recruiting and fitness training to help me land this opportunity to continue my baseball career. #Roadto90#DiamondCavs (this will be the first time I’ve not worn purple and gold for my school’s uniform).

If you’re looking for gym this is the one to go to! The staff is very friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. My trainer is Chey Black and she has been amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better trainer.
Lots of gym equipment and tanning beds! This gym is very clean!
