4 States Sports Event, Class or Training Cancellation Policy

If an event, class, or training session is cancelled by 4 States Sports, each athlete will be offered a no-fee transfer to another 4States Sports event, class or training appointment. If no comparable event, class, or training session is available within 90 days of 4 States Sports cancelling the event, each athlete will be offered a refund of any paid fees.

If an athlete is registered for an event, class, or training session and is unable to be present at the time of the event, class, or training session, they should notify 4 States Sports no later than 24 hours before the event, class, or training session. They will be offered a no-fee transfer to another comparable event, class, or training session. If no comparable event, class, or training session is available within 90 days of 4 States Sports canceling the event, each athlete will be offered a refund of any paid fees.

4 States Sports Tournament Cancellation Policy

A team will be offered a no-fee transfer to another 4 States Sports tournament, or teams may choose an 80% refund if your 4 States Sports tournament is canceled due to forces beyond our control including health hazards, inclement weather, etc. before the day of the tournament.  In case of inclement weather day of tournament, the Tournament Director reserves the right to reduce the number of scheduled games and/or the time of games and/or postpone or delay game times and/or cancel the tournament, in which case partial refunds may or may not be issued. Every effort will be made to complete the games and the tournament. Full or partial registration fees may be transferred to another 4 States Sports event of your choice at no charge. 

Membership Cancellations

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION: Memberships are automatically reoccurring and will continue until cancelation request is submitted by email to sherry@theresiliencefoundation.org. Annual or 6 month memberships, after the term has ended, members will continue to be an active member and pay the Membership Fee on whatever plan they choose. 

REFUNDS: There are no refunds for Paid in full memberships.

MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION/HOLD: Membership may be placed on hold for any reason. If a member chooses to terminate his/her membership at any point during this period or after, the member agrees to our cancellation policy.
